The Mission of Sports Youth America Soccer Club (SYA) is to promote interest in the sport of soccer at the highest competitive levels on a state, regional, national and international basis for girls and boys, young woman and young men. To that end, the entire organization, directors, coaches, and players, are committed to progress from contender to winner and from winner to champion. In order to achieve success the SYA members understand that:
- Team work is crucial. The team always comes first, and the players are part of the team.
- Trust is vital. Accepting and trusting the critical analysis of coaches
- Humility is imperative. Sharing in both victory and defeat
- Discipline is a must. Punctuality and attendance indicating respect to the team and personal responsibility
- Hard work is essential. Going the extra step for others because you know it will be done for you in return
- Pride. To be proud and honored to wear the SYA uniform
